USB Type-C Cable ID Controller
The EJ903W is USB Type-C cable ID controller for USB Type-C electronically marked cables (e-Marked Cable). It supports USB power delivery (PD) SOP’/SOP” communication using bi-phase mark coding (BMC) over CC wire.
- USB power delivery specification R3.0 V2.0 compliant- Monitor Hard Reset, Soft Reset and Cable Reset signaling
- Support Structured VDM Discover SVIDs command starting with SOP’ (programmable)
- Support Structured VDM Discover Modes command starting with SOP’ (programmable)
- Support Structured VDM Enter Mode command starting with SOP’/SOP” (programmable)
- Support Structured VDM Exit Mode command starting with SOP’/SOP” (programmable)
- Support BIST Mode
- Support USB4 Enter_USB Message
- USB Type-C Cable and Connector specification R2.0 compliant
- Embedded 8K bytes MTP for cable parameter setting and programmable through CC wire
